Please read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully before using this App. By downloading, installing, logging in, or otherwise using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms.
1. Service Content
This App provides users with soft keyboard input, voice input, intelligent candidate words, personalized phrases and cloud sync, AI assistant, and other features. We reserve the right to change, interrupt, or discontinue some features at any time, but will announce in advance when appropriate.
2. Account and Registration
1) If you choose to register an account, please ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, and updated promptly. You are solely responsible for account security (including passwords); if you discover unauthorized use, you should notify us immediately.
2) If your account is stolen or other losses occur due to your improper safekeeping, we do not assume direct or indirect liability arising therefrom, but will provide assistance within our capabilities.
3. Paid Services and Subscriptions
1) Some features are paid items or subscription services, with prices and billing rules as displayed in the App. All subscription purchases follow Apple's in-app purchase process and rules.
2) Subscription auto-renewal can be managed and canceled in Apple ID settings; for refunds and disputes, please refer to Apple's refund policy or contact support@crosskeyboard.com for assistance.
4. User Conduct and Content
1) When using this App, you shall not use the service to publish or disseminate illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or other inappropriate content; you shall not engage in any behavior that infringes on the legitimate rights of others.
2) If third parties claim rights or damages due to information uploaded or disseminated by users, users shall bear the relevant responsibilities themselves; we reserve the right to take technical or legal measures against violating content (including but not limited to deletion, blocking, or disconnection of service).
5. Intellectual Property
This App and all its contents (including but not limited to interfaces, graphics, code, copy, trademarks) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Without written authorization from the rights holder, no individual or organization may copy, disseminate, or use for commercial purposes in any form.
6. Privacy and Data
The collection and processing of your personal information during the use of this service shall comply with our "Privacy Policy," which together with these Terms constitutes the rights and obligations relationship between you and us. Please be sure to read and understand the content of the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses caused by the use or inability to use this App or services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. However, if otherwise mandatorily provided by law, these Terms do not affect the application of statutory rights.
8. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination
We may temporarily interrupt services due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party reasons. If users seriously violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their usage rights.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Other Terms
1) Severability of these Terms: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain binding.
2) We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised terms will be published on this App or official website with the effective date indicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revision.
